Virgin Berry Piña Colada

Piña colada is a Puerto Rican cocktail made with rum. Since there is no rum in this recipe, it is a Virgin version. To the added flavour of pineapple juice and coconut cream, I added few berries to make it more colourful and nutritious. This drink contains no white sugar.

Method:

  1. Take 4 strawberries, 5 cranberries and blend it coarsely once.
  2. Add pineapple slices : 7-8 bigger pieces, 1 cup coconut cream, 2-3 ice cubes.
  3. Blend into a smooth drink. Add 3 spoons honey.
  4. You can use 1.5 cups thick coconut milk if you do not have coconut cream.
  5. Increase honey if needed.

The drink is ready. It will be very light and you will definitely fall in love with its exclusive taste.

Pineapple slices I used are similar to the size of one in the picture.

  1. You can just have pineapple and coconut milk for the original flavour.
  2. There can be banana added to original pinacolada as another variant.
  3. There are a lot of variants replacing pineapple juice too. You will definitely love all of it.
