Being a vegetarian(could not tolerate eggs as one of the main ingredients), I had quite a tough time in some countries. However, that’s not impossible to find vegetarian versions of anything. That needs some food research and ask for veg versions of authentic dishes without any hesitation.
I was lucky most of the times and could enjoy their flavours. I share here on some of the local delicacies I relished in countries making veg life bit difficult.
